Hello just came across Davids story on the web.Its made me so sad that such a hansome young man ,with his whole life a head of him, should be so brutally murdered, by such evil men.I pray that GOD will be your strength and comfort,and know that your dear son is in his heavenly home, where no one will ever hurt him.These evil men will one day have to face the justice of GOD.How awful to be the parents of children,who could commit such cruelty on some ones child.I know from what i,ve read, that David was a much loved and cherished son, and some day you will all be reunited, May GOD bless you all.

Hello again Paul just to say thank god that scum Stephen Leslie brown got what he deserves. I still follow this case to make sure there is justice for David. I read the portadown times today Friday may 27th 2011 and I am delighted that the scumbags smile was wiped off his scumbag face. Keep up the good work Paul and never forget the justice that David deserves. God bless your family and David.

Reading through the website recently and thought I had to add the the guest book. Hopefully justice for David and his friend can be attained properly. No matter the reasons for his death as a result of anothers, does not make it right. They tried to hide behind an excuse for blood thirsty murder of young lads not yet to experience life.

To David McIlwaine and Andrew Robb, may you both be at peace. What kind of people are we living with that could go to the extremes they did to someone that made a comment that they did not agree with, and to another that did nothing. May all involved in the murder of two innocent young men, be tortured by their actions, and rot in hell. You robbed to young men of their futures, and their families of a normal peaceful life. To the McIlwaine family and friends, I hope for some comfort in the years without your son, and I also wish for you to be successful in your campaign for the justice for David and Andrew. The pictures of David as a child are beautiful, and thats one important fact they cant damage nor take from you.

David came into my thoughts today. I spent alot of my childhood in The Laurels with my good friend Jenny Robb, and got to know your son, ever so briefly and I went to killicomaine so I knew Andrew also. I just wanted to let you know that your family and David come into my thoughts quite a lot. I think you have the most admirable strength and spirit. It seems like yesterday that such evil happened. I hope some day you find peace. I just wanted to let you know that I think of him and of you all. x

I have been following this case for 10 years and I am somewhat pleased that at least someone has been caught for this horrific murder on an innocent person. I still can’t understand the mentality of someone who would do this I guess they are evil and were born that way. I’m a 36 yearold man from portadown and never in the history of the troubles have I ever heard of such evil acts toward another person. I think the people if I can call them people did this should rot in jail and then hell awaits them they will regret the day they did this crime because they will suffer badly. I hope I’m not being to angry on what I said but it has to be said as it is the truth. I just want to wish David’s family hope for the future. God bless David

Hi.
I was reading the paper today and this sad case was brought up again.
Its quite sad for me to read about it even though I didnt know David that well.

I was in Lurgan Tech with David and I’d just like to say he was a very friendly kind person.
I’m not just saying that to be polite, I remember a time when in Fa’ Joes that David noticed I was left on my own by a few of my friends who had left early.
He called me over and told me to sit beside him bought me pint and introduced me to everyone and I had a great night.

He didnt even know me at the time and I thought that this gesture was a sure sign of a nice person.
He had lots of friends around him yet still looked around to see was anyone being left out.

The people in that Tech were great, political/religious matters just didnt matter as everyone enjoyed eachothers company – how it should be.
David even came to ‘the other side’ (as its stupidly known) of Lurgan for a few nights out sith us.

He was a great lad and will be remembered as such.

I think its shocking that the ‘Police’ use terrorists to do work for them illegally and no-one gets punished.
It’s completely immoral.
Makes you wonder what else goes on that people dont know about.

As usual such corruption is flippantly disregarded at the whim of any daft excuse.

Good luck in your campaigns, its things like this that make a real difference to how Policing and justice will be done in the future.
Hopefully such evil people wont be able to make a fortune from our own taxes while working illegally for the Police.
